Technology in manufacturing has and will continue to evolve and, as we have seen, reshape the workforce.

Please join Global Midwest Alliance and sponsors, the Association for Manufacturing Technology, Blackhawk Bank, the Technology and Manufacturing Association and Wipfli, for an interactive panel discussion with industry experts in the field to explore and consider a holistic picture of what the impact of technology will have on the nature of work and the composition of the workforce. These innovations will require manufacturers to strategically rethink workflow, workforce, and workplace from the ground-up to position themselves to take advantage of technologies while attracting and creating value for employees.

Experts in education, technology, community development and change management will guide us through a panel-led discussion on the varying layers of problems, and the solutions to help align organizational structure, leadership and workforce development with an eye towards creating sustainable innovation.

In the second half of our session, the panel will be open to the audience to discuss scenarios or issues specific to your company's environment.

Seats are limited. Please REGISTER on or before October 26, 2021.
